A typical red flare up. These flare ups occur daily and usually begin to occur in the early to late afternoon and/or evenings of each day as my body warms up throughout the day. Standard triggers of these flare ups are emotional stress and warm tempatures either inside or outside. My hands are very warm, flush, and feel as though they are burning and throbbing. It’s very uncomfortable, and embarassing, to say the least.


Definitely looks like EM to me…absolutely. Hang in there Mike. 'Hope you find a way to have a great day and be good to yourself.
