I have mentioned that I use Tapping (or EFT- emotional freedom technique) for pain relief and dealing with my emotions re EM (frustration, helplessness, anger, loneliness, etc.).
There is a new inexpensive book "The Tapping Solution for Pain Relief" by Nick Ortner.
It has been so useful for me in calming my amygdala which reduces the "fight or flight" stress response. I am calmer, more peaceful and hopeful as a result.
